Patrick Davidson - Chairman/Chief Creative Officer
Chairman, co-founder, and Chief Creative Officer, Patrick is one of the vision keepers of the Foundation. “Creating The World We Want Foundation and helping young people make positive social change is the culmination of a lifelong dream.” Patrick is a former senior vice president of original programming for the Disney Channel and creator of Disney’s American Teacher Awards.  His award-winning documentary, The World We Want, features extraordinary young people making positive social change around the globe and is the catalyst and inspiration for the Foundation. Prior to his career in entertainment, Patrick worked with at-risk youth and their families.  He is a former national council member for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and a board member of the Boys and Girls Club in Ventura, California and the Seven Arrows and Little Dolphins pre-school in Santa Monica.
Lori Bonn, Director of Global Strategy
Lori Bonn - CEO/President
Founder & CEO of
Bonnventures LLC with over 25 years in finance, civic and charitable organizations, campaign management, international organizations and national politics. Her professional endeavors as a philanthropic social change consultant brought Lori to over 40 countries, engaging with leading networks of donors, foundations and social innovators devoted to solving many of the world’s most pressing social justice issues.  Lori has a BA in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara and an Executive Certificate on Corporate Social Responsibility from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, CA.
Karen Henken - Vice President, Partner Development
As Vice President, Partner Development, Karen Henken oversees development and recruiting of partners and related programs. In this role, Karen works with schools, foundations and youth devoted non-profits as well as corporate entities to foster collaboration empowering Young Global Citizens around the world. Karen brings to her role a unique blend of global management experience, business development acumen and passion for non-profit organizational work. She began her career in Japan as a Fulbright Commission Teaching Fellow in Japanese public secondary schools and followed with a Rotary Graduate Fellowship in Tokyo. She went on to work with many leading high tech companies, developing and managing international operations, strategic planning, business development and partnership programs as both a corporate executive and as a consultant. Karen has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Bowdoin College.
Katie Stahl, Program Director

As Program Director, Katie oversees Social Action Project submissions, works on grant and funding opportunities and helps guide and direct program development. Prior to joining TWWWF, Katie worked for the Center for Civic Education where she managed two of the country’s largest civic education programs in ten states. Katie has also worked as a policy advisor at Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Schreck in Washington, DC on matters involving energy and environment, financial services and competition policy, and worked for the Senate Judiciary Committee as Special Assistant to the chief counsel and staff director. Katie holds an MA from George Mason University in International Commerce and Policy and graduated with honors with her BA in Political Science from the University of Utah.
Tim Barnes, Marketing and Technical Director

Tim is the President and co-Founder of DesignMe, LLC, a leading web development and eMarketing firm based in Washington, DC specializing in web engineering, system administration, hosting, SEO and performance enhancements. He worked as a web developer at ePals, the world’s largest K-12 learning network providing safe collaborative technology for schools to connect and learn in a protected, project-based learning network. Tim holds a MPH in International Health from George Mason University and a MPH in Public Health from University of Virginia, also a BS in Psychology and Philosophy from Susquehanna University.

As an award-winning art director and designer, Tom Martin has been responsible for some of the most memorable images in motion-picture advertising during the last twenty years including “Jurassic Park,” “Schindler’s List” to “Dressed To Kill” and “Parenthood,” Tom has set a standard for creativity, giving each film a distinctly unique look for everything from photography, logos and one-sheets to standees and assorted merchandise. He has worked Steven Spielberg, Robert Zemeckis, Ron Howard, Ivan Reitman and more creating  marketing and advertising campaigns for over 200 films through his own agency, Martin Art Direction, Inc. http://www.design-1-1.com.
